  • The item is in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached)

  • It’s within 15 days of receiving your order

Step 3: Wait for Authorization

Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with:

  • Return authorization
  • Shipping instructions
  • Return address

Step 4: Ship Your Return

Package your item securely and ship to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Refund Information

Once we receive your returned item:

  • Refund Processing: 3-5 business days
  • Total Time: Typically 5-7 business days from when we receive your return

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the quality and hygiene of our products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Pins: Due to their small size and collectible nature
  • Socks: For hygiene reasons, all socks are final sale
  • Items that show signs of wear, have been washed, or have removed tags
  • Personalized or custom-made items

Heads Up: Our A-Frame Snapbacks, Dad’s Caps, Kids headwear, Knits & Beanies, and other headwear items are eligible for return as long as they meet our return conditions.

Exchange Policy

Prefer a different style or size? We’re happy to help!

Exchange Options

  • Size exchanges (fitted caps for different sizes)
  • Style exchanges (snapback for adjustable, etc.)
  • Color or design exchanges

If the exchange item costs more than your original purchase, you’ll need to pay the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.
