Important Return Policy Details
- You have 15 days from the date you receive your items to initiate a return or exchange
- Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached
- You must have your original order confirmation or receipt
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective product

- It’s within 15 days of receiving your order

Refund Information

Once we receive your returned item:

Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the quality and hygiene of our products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Pins: Due to their small size and collectible nature
- Socks: For hygiene reasons, all socks are final sale
- Items that show signs of wear, have been washed, or have removed tags
- Personalized or custom-made items
Heads Up: Our A-Frame Snapbacks, Dad’s Caps, Kids headwear, Knits & Beanies, and other headwear items are eligible for return as long as they meet our return conditions.
